Fundația Plan B — Casa Bogdánffy
A public space for contemporary art opening on 18 September 2026 in an early nineteenth-century house. Its first exhibition hangs Piero Manzoni beside Ciprian Mureșan and Șerban Savu.
The Plan B Foundation is the non-commercial arm of the gallery Mihai Pop and Adrian Ghenie opened in 2005. The Bogdánffy House at Avram Iancu 1 has been reworked for exhibitions, research and public debate, with Banca Transilvania as principal sponsor.
The first exhibition is called “Inauguration” and runs from 18 September to 22 November 2026: twenty-two positions in the rooms, plus seven more in the video programme.
Zero searches a month when we checked. That is expected — the space had not opened yet. We are adding it before the opening rather than after, which is the difference between a guide and an archive.
