We include it for a reason we would rather state plainly: it shows up in the same list of searched places as the galleries and independent spaces, and it beats all of them. Google Maps classifies it as a cocktail bar; its own site publishes no events programme.

So we are not claiming it is an art space. We are saying that, in the city's attention, one bar on Piața Unirii outweighs the three most densely programmed galleries combined.
