Luana Cloșcă

Born in 2003, working between Cluj and Berlin. Her current series began while wandering through museum collections, looking for where intimacy and violence overlap.

She is the youngest person in this guide and has no monthly search demand at all. This is precisely what the site is for.

She works from pre-existing artistic material, interested in the social, cultural and political motivations behind a mode of portrayal at a given moment in history — and in what that mode does aesthetically today. Her own question: what happens to an image as it passes through a chain of voyeurs?
